Off Street parking is in the back alley directly behind 27 and 29 Clinton Street. There are 6 shared spots available on a first come first serve basis for the 8 units in 27 and 29 Clinton Street. Please only park one car per unit behind the building. If you park behind the other buildings, your car might get towed. Note: Please don’t block in garbage cans on Wednesday morning.
Garbage and recycling cans are in the alley behind the building up against the back of the shed. There are four large cans that are picked up on Wednesdays in the morning. Note: Please don’t block in garbage cans on Wednesday morning.
Electricity is the only utility in the building. Tenants are responsible to switch the service into their name with National Grid at the start of their lease.
Thermostats are in multiple locations in each unit. They can be programmed to help reduce consumption and your bill.
Snow will be removed after the storm stops. If possible, it helps to leave the parking spaces empty until the snow is removed. We do our best to keep up with the snow removal. There are always shovels and salt bucket around. If you do shovel the snow on the front steps, please don’t use a metal bladed shovel.
